ABOUT AMANDA KERN

Amanda Kern is a military veteran turned professor who has discovered she’s got a knack for graphic, web & interactive design – so much so that she's dedicated to teaching it. She's a member of AIGA, NAPP, and a former ADDY® Award winning interactive designer. Amanda now takes great pride in motivating, inspiring, and mentoring students at Valencia Community College. When she’s not teaching she can be found devising ways to inspire creative minds in the graphics industry (http://vccgraphics.wordpress.com) or preoccupied with her little blessing, Hope Elisabeth.
