Here's the email I sent to my team with direction as we near completion of our team project.
IHello Team Fuzzy Wuzzies!
As promised, I'm sending out our reminder for our team project. We're getting a lot closer to being complete but now it time for each of you to step in to making your portion of the project functional. Last week I sent directions and because I didn't hear from most of you until we met in class I am resending my instructions along with attaching the word file with the copy. Also Kim has gotten an outline which might help you, it's on her site:

So as you all heard our deadline has been moved from December 8th to December 1st. As I informed you all over two weeks ago, I will be out of town for about 5 days for training so I will not be at our December 1st class. So I am setting a deadline for you guys to get me your part of the web site by Saturday, November 25th. This will give me adequate time to make sure we have this project pieced together so it is presentable.
When you complete your portion of the project zip your files and send to me. You may also cc them to my other email off2skool@gmail.com - I'm noticing that sometimes large attachments don't make it through VCC's email due their spam protection. I would also like you guys to CC Jason at jason@thefortstudio.com. Jason I expect you to check in with everyone prior to Thanksgiving to see how they are progressing.
Do your best with what you've been provided, I'm confident you guys can do this. One of the things I did admit we had problems with our team on my eval was communication - so now that we are nearing the end of this project communication is more important than ever. If there are any problems, email me. You can also call me on my cell with questions but please remember throughout the week I'm often easier to access via email while I'm on campus. So if you call and I don't answer leave a message or email me and I'll be sure to get back with you.
So again, the instructions are below - I know Sheila is just about done with her part, so I am sure you guys will be fine. Once this thing comes together I'll send you all an update. Remember, the sooner you do your part the sooner this project will be finished - so dont' procrastinate and wait until the last minute!
